Devon Domestic Abuse Support Service is a service commissioned by Devon County Council and provided by Splitz.  One to one support is offered to male or female victims of domestic abuse who are considered to be a medium or high risk of harm

Services

  • Adult support (over 16 years of age) either one to one or by telephone via Independent Domestic Violence Advisors for high risk victims
  • Adult support (over 16 years of age) via Outreach workers for medium risk victims 
  • One to one support for children and young people who are experiencing or have experienced domestic abuse within a family home or within their own boyfriend/girlfriend relationship
  • Consultations with non abusive parents, practitioners, group sessions, school sessions around healthy relationships
  • Perpetrator programme which aims to promote and ensure the safety of victims and their children, to promote change in abusive/harmful behaviour and to prevent or mitigate the risk of reoffending
