MindLine Trans+ provides a safe place to talk about your feelings confidentially. The volunteers who operate the helpline have lived experience of Trans+, or are Allies.
The helpline* is open on Monday and Friday evenings, from 8pm until midnight.
*Calls from a mobile will be included in your inclusive minutes so there is no cost as long as you have minutes remaining. Costs per minute over any contracted minutes will vary depending on your mobile operator. Calls from landlines will be charged at 3.5p per minute, unless you have an inclusive phone package.
