If you're a woman you may want to visit the Devon Rape Crisis Service website. If you're a man you may want to visit the mankind website.
You can also contact the police to report what has happened to you on telephone 101 (always dial 999 in an emergency).
Worried about a child
If you’re worried that a child you know may be being abused contact the police (telephone 999 in emergencies and 101 at all other times). If you live in Torbay you can also telephone the Safeguarding Hub on 01803 208100 or 0300 456 4876 (out of hours).
Online sexual abuse
If you’re worried that a child you know is being contacted online in a sexual way, or is being pressured to meet up with someone they have met online, contact CEOP and Devon and Cornwall Police on telephone 101 (always dial 999 in an emergency).
